This immersive therapy marathon is for anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of relationships. This could be the relationship we have with ourselves, others, or something else such as the relationship we have with money or work, etc. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics that shape our connections and interactions.
We will co-create a safe, supportive space where everyone feels heard and respected. The agenda will be set by the group
WHAT TO EXPECT

Structured yet flexible sessions. We’ll meet from 9:30am to 4:30pm each day, with regular breaks.

Group-led agenda: At the beginning of the marathon, we’ll collectively determine the themes and topics to explore.

Individual Meeting: Before the marathon, I’ll arrange a one-to-one online meeting with each participant to discuss your intentions and expectations.

Safe and supportive space: The marathon is designed as a safe space where participants can explore sensitive topics without judgment. Confidentiality and mutual respect are paramount.
ABOUT JENNY HUDSON
I am a UKCP-registered TA Psychotherapist, qualified via UKATA's case study route. I also have a Certificate in Delivering Group Therapy. I work in private practice and am passionate about creating a a safe and supportive space where you can bring your full self. Whether you come as an individual, a couple, or part of a group, my intention is to help you feel seen, understood and supported.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate acknowledging 12 hours of participation, which can be counted towards therapy or Continuing Professional Development (CPD).
