“Hope can be a powerful force. Maybe there’s no actual magic in it, but when you know what you hope for most and hold it like a light within you, you can make things happen, almost like magic.”

ONLINE COUNSELLING VIA ZOOM

I offer online counselling sessions via Zoom on Thursdays and Fridays (daytime only). Some clients find that online counselling is more comfortable than travelling to a different location. You can talk from your own home or space, without the stress of journeys, parking, or rushing to fit sessions in. Many clients also find it helps them feel more relaxed and open.

WHY CHOOSE ONLINE COUNSELLING?

  • You can attend from anywhere in the UK or from some overseas locations*

  • No travel time or extra arrangements

  • Research shows online counselling can be as effective as face-to-face

  • Sessions are confidential and secure through Zoom

WHAT I CAN HELP WITH

I work with adults experiencing a range of issues including:

  • Anxiety, stress, or overthinking

  • Low mood and depression

  • Relationship or family difficulties

  • Loss and grief

  • Feeling stuck

  • Work stress

Online counselling can support you whether you're looking for short-term help or longer-term therapy.

*If you live outside of the UK, please check with me first to see if I am able to cover your location.

HOW IT WORKS

Free consultation:  I offer an initial 20-minute phone call, so you can get a sense of how it feels to talk with me and ask any questions.

Booking sessions:  If you’d like to go ahead, we can arrange regular online sessions on Thursdays or Fridays during the day.

Getting set up: I’ll send you a Zoom link for each session. You’ll just need a private space and a device with internet connection.

MY QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist qualified to Level 7 standard. I also have a certificate in online and telephone counselling and have completed over 100 hours of specialist training in working online. This helps me to offer safe, professional support when working remotely.

FAQs

Do I need to be confident with technology?

No. You can join the sessions by clicking a link.

Is online counselling secure?

Zoom uses encryption to ensure sessions are private. You will receive a unique link for each session.

What if I become upset?

That’s completely okay. All feelings are welcome. I’ll support you in the same way as I would if we were meeting in person.

AVAILABILITY
